He represents and advises entrepreneurs, corporations, and financial institutions in resolving disputes and enforcing their rights under a wide range of agreements and corporate governance documents. His litigation experience includes breach of contract cases, trade secret and intellectual property disputes, and business tort claims. He has litigated in both state and federal court and before the American Arbitration Association.
A former in-house attorney for a Wall Street electronic trading firm, Mr. Azre also assists businesses in compliance, employment matters, and commercial transactions.
He holds a J.D. from George Washington University Law School, an M.F.A. from Ohio State University and a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University. Mr. Azre is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
