MIAMI, Fla., March 27, 2018 – Expanding their commercial litigation team, Waldman Barnett’s managing partners Glen Waldman and Eleanor Barnett recently welcomed Sean McCleary to the firm as an associate.
McCleary, a University of Miami School of Law cum laude graduate in 2015, joins Waldman Barnett and a team of four partners and two other associates who all focus on complex business and commercial litigation.
“Sean is a tremendous addition and will be a strong complement to our seasoned team of litigators” said Waldman. “He’s incredibly bright, thorough and passionate about seeing justice done, winning within the bounds of the law and trying cases to a successful conclusion without giving quarter, which aligns with our firm’s philosophy and history.”
McCleary has represented clients in litigation matters throughout the state of Florida, in federal and in state courts. His litigation experience covers complex tort, intellectual property and general commercial litigation cases.
McCleary is admitted to practice law by the state of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, the Spellman-Hoeveler American Inn of Court and the Venezuelan-American National Bar Association.
